In negotiating leases, Elcan and Associates manages all aspects of the process, from the initial market survey, to outlining target leasing opportunities, to preparing Letters of Intent (LOI), and to negotiating the lease on behalf of the client.
Oftentimes, these initial tasks are complete before the tenant has visited a potential market for the first time. This saves valuable time for real estate representatives, for it enables them to quickly analyze the market, review specific leasing opportunities, and know the landlord’s terms and price structure on their initial visit to a market.
